The current salary range for this position is $22.00 to $26.00, subject to change.

Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, your duties may include:

  • Collaborating with store leadership to foster a successful sales culture.
  • Encouraging a team-oriented selling atmosphere.
  • Engaging in all aspects of store recruitment.
  • Training and mentoring store associates within a defined timeframe.
  • Setting achievable yet ambitious goals for yourself and your team, ensuring adequate staffing to meet store objectives.
  • Addressing employee relations matters in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Assisting in the analysis of the Profit and Loss statement.
  • Leading change initiatives and championing company programs.
  • Ensuring proper product merchandising in line with company guidelines.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment for both associates and customers.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Previous retail experience and prior management experience are essential.
