Position: Retail Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute store routes based on assigned frequencies, collaborating closely with the District Manager.
  • Order necessary inventory following store guidelines, utilizing a company-provided tablet and scanner with Repsly software.
  • Adhere to a structured store visit protocol, which includes delivering merchandise from previous orders, completing task forms, capturing images, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and policies related to invoicing, exchanges, and returns.
  • Understand planograms and departmental layouts while managing sales and inventory effectively.

Additional Duties:

  • Maintain effective communication with store associates during visits.
  • Verify and document merchandise shipments upon arrival.
  • Provide professional communication with store management and associates.
  • Organize and clean display cases and shelving units.
  • Conduct store audits and surveys as requested, including photographing departments to address any issues.
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting items up to 50 lbs.
  • Potential to service additional locations based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D; prior experience in merchandising or retail is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for travel to various locations.
  • Proof of car insurance and a clean driving record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
  • Access to a computer or smartphone with internet connectivity.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
