Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Boutique Manager, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional client experience by assisting Sales Associates, maintaining daily boutique operations, supporting Reception, and actively participating in the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Excellence Ceremony.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the daily restocking of sales floor supplies, including shopping bags and wrapping materials, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Assisting with the setup and breakdown processes during boutique opening and closing.
  • Ensuring proper handling of morning jewelry displays and evening jewelry retrieval, along with backstock management.
  • Accurately replenishing POS stations and work areas.
  • Collaborating closely with Management and Boutique Administrators to maintain merchandise in optimal condition.
  • Greeting clients and assisting with Reception tasks.
  • Adhering to all protocols established by Management and Corporate regarding client interactions.
  • Upholding the Van Cleef & Arpels brand image by consistently demonstrating professionalism and adhering to the Service Charter.
