Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at ATS - Industrial Maintenance. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance on our equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Maintenance Tasks: Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Identify and Source Parts: Locate and procure necessary parts, supplies, and repair items to complete maintenance tasks.
  • Comply with Industry Standards: Adhere to industry standards and best practices for maintenance and repair.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other technicians and maintenance staff to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Document Maintenance Activities: Accurately record and update maintenance records and CMMS history.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Graduate or equivalent (GED) and/or Associates degree with a Technical focus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in general industry or successful completion of the ATS Technician Progression Program.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems; ability to analyze problems and perform repairs; proficiency in using basic hand tools and specialized tools.
Working Conditions

The Maintenance Technician will work in a factory environment, which may involve exposure to hazardous materials, greasy or slippery factory floors, and loud noise levels. The employee must be able to lift and/or move objects weighing more than 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
