We are currently seeking dedicated Kitchen Exhaust Ventilation Technicians for our commercial cleaning service specializing in hood and duct maintenance. Our company provides thorough cleaning of hoods, ducts, and vents for various clients. While prior experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement as we offer comprehensive training.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to work during days, evenings, and nights as necessary.
  • A thorough background check and E-Verify process will be conducted.

The Kitchen Exhaust Ventilation Technician will be tasked with the cleaning of Kitchen Grease Exhaust Vent Systems, kitchen appliances, and other related duties as required. Responsibilities include driving company vehicles to job sites, setting up and operating various pressure washing equipment, and manually removing heavy grease buildup using hand tools and mechanical devices. Additionally, documenting cleaning processes and deficiencies with digital cameras and maintaining communication with clients and team members are essential aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform power washing of kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, and fans.
  • Set up and dismantle job sites and equipment, which includes cleaning stainless-steel hoods, preparing wet/dry vacuums, high-pressure hoses, pre-sprayers, ladders, and plastic sheeting.
  • Independently complete work assignments without direct supervision.
  • Maintain and report any mechanical issues with equipment.

Qualifications for the Technician Role:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving history.
  • Basic familiarity with hand and/or power tools.
  • HVAC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of equipment repair and mechanical systems is a plus.
