As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, including painting, lawn care, electrical work, and snow removal.
  • Ensuring newly vacated apartments are ready for the next resident with thorough 'turnover' maintenance.
  • Regularly assessing the property, proactively addressing maintenance concerns and collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor on solutions.
  • Overseeing vendor work as needed and safely operating power tools and equipment.
