Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Product Advisor at Dover Saddlery. As a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide a positive customer experience
  • Answer questions and provide product information to customers
  • Process payments and handle customer refunds
  • Assist with store upkeep and maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
Working Conditions:

This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for most of the shift. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
