Due to our ongoing expansion, Tolomatic, Inc. is seeking skilled Machine Operators for our evening shift:

  • Evening shift hours are 3:25 pm to 1:55 am Monday-Thursday or 3:25 pm to 11:55 pm Monday-Friday ($1.50/hour Shift Premium)

About You:

  • High school diploma or equivalent - coursework in machine shop preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant CNC milling/turning machine center and/or manual machining experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to operate saws and work in an annealing environment.
  • Familiarity with blueprint interpretation and mechanical inspection.
  • Understanding of shop mathematics and proficiency in using a tape measure.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Exhibits a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.

Primary Objective:

Our Machine Operators are responsible for operating CNC milling/turning machine centers and/or manual machinery (mills, drills, lathes, saws, etc.) to perform routine or repetitive tasks that consistently meet customer specifications, quality standards, and production goals. They also conduct plating operations in a manner that meets quality requirements and production benchmarks.
