Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shipping Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for packaging and shipping orders in accordance with customer requirements and company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Packaging and shipping orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensuring all shipments meet customer requirements and company standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping-related issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of shipments and inventory
  • Providing excellent customer service and support

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous experience in material handling or shipping operations preferred
  • Intermediate PC skills with the ability to navigate from one screen to another
  • Ability to work accurately with numbers and instructions
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Displays a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow on the job
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with company personnel and others
