We are on the lookout for passionate and qualified individuals to become part of our Extended Day team within our After School Program. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine enthusiasm for working with children in grades PreK-4. Applicants should demonstrate strong skills in supervision, dependability, and activity planning. The core working hours are Monday through Friday afternoons, with compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate activities that are suitable for the developmental stages and seasonal themes, aligning with the School's mission and ethos; activities may include arts and crafts, culinary projects, board games, outdoor play, and cooperative games.
  • Provide attentive care and supervision for students in grades PreK-4 during afterschool programming.
  • Ensure the safety of students by adhering to all institutional policies and procedures.
  • Participate in scheduled staff meetings and complete necessary in-house training sessions.
Qualifications
  • Experience in supervising children effectively.
  • Ability to engage with students at the preschool/elementary/middle school levels (PreK-4).
  • Possess or be willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification (training provided by the school).
