Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Best Western Plus. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay with us is exceptional.

Your primary responsibility will be to register guests, assign rooms, and accommodate special requests. You will also be responsible for maintaining an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, as well as coordinating room status updates with the housekeeping department.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to use persuasive selling techniques to sell rooms and promote other services of the hotel. You will also be responsible for managing and resolving guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Register guests and assign rooms

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hotel-related experience preferred
