Job Summary:
Safe Harbor Law Firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Naples. As the primary point of contact for our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our attorneys and staff, while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating events, and preparing documents. Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules and calendars for attorneys and staff
  • Coordinate events and meetings
  • Prepare documents, reports, and other materials as needed
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative or related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly

Estimated Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per year
