Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide expert advice on our services, pricing, and availability.
  • Coordinate schedules and material ordering for multiple craftsmen and projects.
  • Utilize our dispatching and schedule management software to optimize operations.
  • Return customer calls as needed and follow up with past customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including paperwork and filing duties.
  • Assist in solving operational logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of administrative assistant or scheduling experience.
  • Comfortable with sales and customer-facing interactions.
  • Adaptive to technology and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • QuickBooks Online or other accounting knowledge a plus.
  • Customer-facing experience a plus.
