In this prominent sales position, you will have the chance to enhance your sales skills and make a significant impact.

Your responsibilities will include promoting Rain for Rent's comprehensive and reliable range of pumps, tanks, filtration systems, spill containment solutions, and services within a designated territory.

Success in this role will be achieved by focusing on the following key areas:

  • Implementing sales strategies and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Developing solutions to address clients' irrigation and liquid handling challenges.
  • Introducing innovative products, enhancing market awareness, closing sales, and boosting both new and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pricing and quotations to achieve profit targets for the assigned territory.
Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals in your designated region.
Strengthen relationships and revenue with top customers through regular, high-quality sales interactions.
Seek out and secure new and repeat business for sales and rentals.
Engage in business development activities such as workshops, exhibitions, and industry associations.
Participate in industry events to stay informed about market trends.
Travel within your territory to engage with existing and potential customers while managing expenses effectively.

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all products, their applications, pricing, terms, sales policies, and promotional materials.

Clearly outline the terms and conditions of each quote to meet customer needs while minimizing the Company's risk.

Prepare accurate written orders for sales, rentals, and leases, including estimated delivery dates based on production and logistics.

Promote Full Service Solutions encompassing design, installation, service, and operation.
Coordinate with branch personnel regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and project specifics.
Timely prepare reports and records as required by management.
Utilize software to manage customer databases effectively.
Encourage collaboration and communication with all Branch and Corporate staff.
Actively participate in fostering a strong Safety Culture within the Company.
Understand and embody the company's value proposition.
