Position: Spa Esthetician
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spa Esthetician who thrives in a luxurious environment and prioritizes exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to consult with clients, assess their skincare needs, provide informed recommendations, and explain various services. The Spa Esthetician will perform a range of facial and body treatments, utilizing extensive knowledge of our customizable skincare approach to enhance the health and appearance of the skin. This role reports directly to the Boutique & Spa Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients upon arrival and guide them through our offerings while engaging in respectful and informative dialogue.
  • Conduct thorough skincare consultations and educate clients on products and procedures, ensuring to gather necessary information regarding contraindications.
  • Administer facials and other skincare services tailored to the clients' selections and specific skincare concerns.
  • Advise clients on skincare regimens and recommend appropriate treatments while upholding confidentiality.
  • Utilize advanced equipment such as BR's Remodeling Face Machine and Skin Instant Lab to enhance treatment efficacy.
  • Engage in ongoing education and participate in team meetings to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and techniques offered.
  • Ensure the spa environment and treatment stations are sanitized and organized, managing linens and supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by effective time management.
  • Heightened social awareness and perceptiveness, particularly in a luxury setting.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and polished appearance.
  • A minimum of 5 years in customer service roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience performing relevant treatments in the spa or hospitality industry.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a retail context.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Valid state licensure as an esthetician.
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a significant advantage.
