We currently have both full-time and part-time roles available with various schedules conveniently located. You will support property operations through your professional demeanor, intuitive customer service abilities, attentive performance, and vibrant personality. Tillingers Concierge, Inc. is dedicated to matching your experience, charm, and talents with a property that best suits your career aspirations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively welcome residents and their guests, offering assistance.
- Provide anticipatory service by understanding residents' daily routines and preferences.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the property, its operations, procedures, and community spaces.
- Keep detailed daily logs that document activities and interactions during your shift.
- Complete incident reports and submit them to the Supervisor and Property Management as necessary.
- Manage packages and deliveries, ensuring accurate logging of items in and out.
- Assist in resolving resident issues by providing personalized solutions aligned with established policies.
- Ensure a comprehensive handover of information to the colleague relieving you at the end of your shift.
- Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Help new residents become familiar with the local area.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Welcoming demeanor and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or healthcare industries is often beneficial.
- Strong written, observational, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and diplomatic when resolving situations.
- Self-motivated, resulting in consistently high service levels.
- Excellent time-management and prioritization abilities.
- High school diploma or GED required; enrollment in a higher education program is a plus.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
