Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, medical practices, and healthcare organizations
- Conduct meetings and sales presentations to local physicians, ER managers, urgent care teams to promote our services
- Helping doctors build and maintain relationships with specialists and surgeons to refer patients with confidence
- Growing physician referrals and connecting our facility with the local healthcare community
- Meeting with referring doctors to discuss patient care, referrals, new treatments, and thanking them for existing referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure patient satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Reporting to the National Sales Director and ensuring you comply with the marketing goals and philosophies of our facility
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track activities, manage leads, and generate reports
- Arranging and leading public relations campaigns and awareness efforts
- Bachelor-level degree in sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field
- General medical knowledge, especially related to our facility's services, treatment offerings, and equipment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and organizational skills
- Good activity tracking skills with basic CRM proficiency, Salesforce experience a plus
- Territory will include Arizona (Phoenix, Tucson, and Yuma) and California areas. Possible overnight travel up to 50%
