Position Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and skilled financial professional to take on the role of Senior Accountant. This position is pivotal in managing the financial operations of our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial reporting and compliance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Conduct budget management and financial analysis to support institutional goals.
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and guidance.
  • Prepare and review reconciliations, expense reports, and financial schedules.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Lead special projects and financial audits as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Physical Requirements: This role may require prolonged periods of sitting and standing, as well as the ability to lift and carry items occasionally.
