Optical Sales Manager

Job Summary
About the Role:
- Drive business growth by achieving sales and profit targets, adhering to company standards.
- Oversee the eyewear department to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, setting a high standard for the team.
- Lead and develop a team of Opticians and Sales associates, focusing on quality standards and effective merchandising.
- Contribute to forecasting staffing needs, recruitment, and retention of a high-performing team.
- Coach associates to meet sales and customer service targets.
- Mentor Apprentice Opticians within legal limits.
Requirements:
- Maintain Optical license as required.
- Experience in Optical sales and supervision.
- Leadership skills to motivate and build strong relationships.
- Understanding of store operations and success metrics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and financial analysis abilities.
- Problem-solving skills of varied scopes.
- ABO and NCLE Certification.
