POSITION SUMMARY
Ensure the accuracy of financial figures, postings, and documentation. Manage, store, and analyze computerized financial data. Safeguard cash and cash equivalents in accordance with established cash handling policies and procedures. Organize and maintain all files and records following document retention and confidentiality guidelines. Prepare, maintain, and distribute various reports and tables related to statistics, finance, accounting, auditing, or payroll. Conduct audits and reconciliations of all revenue postings.
Adhere to all company safety and security protocols; report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management; maintain vigilance regarding unauthorized individuals on the premises. Follow all corporate policies and procedures; ensure that uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; uphold confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; and ensure the privacy and security of guests and colleagues. Greet and acknowledge all guests in line with company standards; anticipate and address guest service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; express gratitude to guests sincerely.
Communicate with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents thoroughly; answer telephones with appropriate etiquette. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues; support the team in achieving common objectives; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of fellow employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
