Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Salary: $51,230 - $60,560 per year

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Events Coordinator to become part of our team. This position is perfect for individuals who are eager to delve into the world of event management and are looking to build a career in this field. In this role, you will assist in the planning and execution of various corporate functions, workshops, and promotional events, ensuring everything operates seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the organization, coordination, and execution of events, including corporate meetings, workshops, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Support the Events Manager in overseeing event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, and transportation arrangements.
  • Help develop event materials, including invitations, programs, signage, and promotional content.
  • Assist with on-site event setup, registration, and attendee management.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Monitor event budgets and track expenses to ensure events remain within financial limits.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from events to evaluate success and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Provide general administrative support to the events team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining event databases.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior internship or entry-level experience in event planning or a related area is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
