Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team at CodeForce. As a key member of our primary care practices, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and Charge Entry: Gather, update, and verify patient registration and insurance information, ensuring accurate entry into our practice management system.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments on the phone, confirming eligibility and PCP assignment status for patients with WHA, Health Net, or Solano Partnership insurance.
  • Medical Records: Adhere to system policies related to confidentiality of medical record information, transcription, and copies or distribution of medical record content.
  • Education and Licensure: High School Graduate or equivalent preferred, with some college business or computer coursework essential. AHA BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
  • Experience: 1-2 years working in a healthcare environment required, with 6 months of direct NorthBay Call Center experience.
