Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team at Republic Services. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring our services to meet their individual requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and services, providing accurate information to customers and colleagues.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM and customer service platforms.
