REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in providing technical support within a Microsoft Windows environment.
Act as a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Technical Support Specialist.
Must possess a strong customer service orientation and be self-driven.
Exhibit analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with individuals at various organizational levels.

Responsibilities:


The candidate should exhibit technical expertise and experience in the setup, support, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows 10, the Microsoft Office 365 suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), Microsoft Project/Visio, HP Desktops/Laptops/Tablets, iPhones, and iOS devices.

A successful candidate will have professional experience with Active Directory; executing PowerShell scripts; utilizing SCCM for workstation and laptop management; and designing and supporting customized Windows 10 configurations as necessary.

The candidate will interact with internal clients of varying technical proficiency and collaborate with other technical support teams to address a broad spectrum of technical challenges.

The candidate must demonstrate the ability to adhere to standard operating procedures and assist the team in process automation wherever feasible.

The candidate should have experience managing support activities using a ticketing system such as ServiceNow or Remedy. Occasional support during nights and weekends may be required.
