- Oversee help desk operations and act as the primary contact for customer inquiries.
- Assist end users with a wide range of technical issues.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical challenges.
- Respond to requests for technical assistance via various communication channels.
- Maintain documentation of issues, tracking progress to guarantee timely solutions.
- Provide advanced support for users dealing with PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware.
- Collaborate with network services and software engineering teams to restore services and address underlying issues.
- Reproduce user issues to diagnose and resolve operational challenges.
- Suggest system enhancements to minimize user difficulties.
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience; relevant IT certifications (such as CompTIA) or comparable work experience are preferred.
