Role Overview:

As a vital member of our team, you will deliver comprehensive support and spearhead troubleshooting and implementation initiatives for designated technology products or applications. Leverage your advanced consulting abilities, extensive technical knowledge, and thorough industry insights to craft innovative solutions for intricate challenges. Operate with minimal supervision while mentoring and guiding fellow team members.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Over 6 years of experience collaborating closely with IT departments to tackle and resolve technical issues, escalating complex matters when necessary for prompt resolution.
  • Proficient in translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for non-technical users, ensuring effective communication and resolution of problems.
  • Familiarity with computer software systems, including databases, office applications, and operating systems.
  • Expertise in maintaining detailed records of technical issues, solutions, and user interactions to develop a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Ability to guide customers through application-related issues, providing step-by-step assistance in the problem-solving process.
  • Skill in identifying recurring technical problems and patterns, contributing insights for continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.
  • TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of relevant experience in DevOps in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, or ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent client service, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

Security Clearance:

Candidates selected will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
