We are in search of a Lead Technical Support Analyst - Cleared Tier 2 to assist our end-user community. In this position, you will diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network systems to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and oversee junior support staff
  • Investigate and resolve incident reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow is preferred

Clearance Requirements:

  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory
  • Possession of an active Top-Secret clearance is required

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasional mobility within an office setting

Compensation:

The anticipated salary range for this role is $71,800-$119,500.
