About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CTO Recruiter to join our team at Virginia Commonwealth University's Massey Cancer Center. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in attracting and recruiting top talent to support the growth and success of our Clinical Trials Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source and attract diverse passive candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to create compelling job descriptions and specifications
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing plans to reach top talent in the market
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial contact to onboarding
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on senior-level positions
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing and recruiting diverse talent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
