Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement effective recruitment strategies through a consultative approach with hiring teams.

- Design proactive outreach strategies to attract passive candidates.

- Oversee the evaluation process for resumes, cover letters, and applications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to present the most qualified candidates to meet organizational needs.
- Organize and facilitate key meetings, interviews, and candidate visits.
- Stay informed about industry trends and provide insights into the competitive landscape.
- Adhere to HR best practices in recruitment.
- Deliver analytical and well-documented recruitment reports to the team.
- Act as a liaison and foster strong candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
- Participate in industry events and career fairs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of senior-level experience in recruitment and human resources.
- Proven ability to source and recruit diverse talent.
- Expertise in developing effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong understanding of interview techniques and resume evaluation methods.
- Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to create presentations and reports.
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
- Ability to effectively promote the organization to candidates.
- Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Ability to project a professional image to clients, candidates, and colleagues.
- Proficient with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex situations independently.
- Track record of successful execution and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced recruitment techniques and strong facilitation skills.
- SHRM Certification.
