Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver analytical and well-documented recruitment reports to the team.
  • Act as a liaison and foster strong candidate relationships throughout the selection process.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of senior-level experience in recruitment and human resources.
  • Proven ability to source and recruit diverse talent.
  • Expertise in developing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of interview techniques and resume evaluation methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create presentations and reports.
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
  • Ability to effectively promote the organization to candidates.
  • Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential matters.
  • Ability to project a professional image to clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Proficient with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
