About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CTO Recruiter to join our team at the Commonwealth of Virginia. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in attracting and retaining top talent for our Clinical Trials Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source and attract top candidates for CTO positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to create job specifications and descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each role.
  • Design and execute proactive recruitment plans to reach passive candidates and build a strong pipeline of potential hires.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial application to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for all candidates.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to identify the most qualified candidates for each role.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruitment reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of senior-level experience in recruitment and human resources, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and attracting top talent.
  • Strong knowledge of interview techniques, effective resume evaluation methods, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Ability to create presentation and reports, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
