Job Overview & Responsibilities:

At PT Solutions Physical Therapy, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Office Engagement: Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Performance: Supervise and coach front office staff to ensure they meet or exceed performance metrics, including referral management, patient engagement, and customer service.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage front office labor, schedules, and PTO requests to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with insurance verification, authorization, and reimbursement/billing teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze referral data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish/Portuguese required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
