General Overview:

This full-time role reports directly to a Senior Case Manager or Program Director, playing a vital role in facilitating workshops and educational seminars following a structured curriculum. Key responsibilities encompass administrative tasks and operating the company vehicle for client transport.

Essential Knowledge:

  • Understanding of the contracting agency's Statement of Work
  • Familiarity with company and agency protocols
  • Certification in CPR & First Aid
  • Awareness of supervisory duties

Proven Skills:

  • Ability to work on a rotating schedule
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the learning environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team collaboration and conflict resolution
  • Conducting investigations and preparing reports
  • Identifying and addressing areas of concern
  • Delegating and monitoring tasks
  • Establishing authority and fostering effective relationships
  • Leading group sessions for clients

Qualifications:

An Associate degree in Criminal Justice or Social Science, complemented by a minimum of one year of experience working with offenders. Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Candidates must possess First Aid and CPR certifications, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving history.
