Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the product vision for audience engagement solutions, pinpointing market demands, user challenges, and avenues for innovation.
  • Conduct comprehensive user research to grasp advertiser difficulties and convert them into actionable product specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, partnerships, and sales teams to design and roll out new audience engagement features and capabilities.
  • Work closely with marketing to craft persuasive messaging and go-to-market plans for audience solutions.
  • Evaluate product performance metrics and user insights to identify enhancement opportunities and refine existing functionalities.
  • Keep informed about industry developments in audience engagement, data privacy laws, and programmatic advertising.
  • Build and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders in the advertising technology landscape.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
  • At least 2 years in product management, preferably within the advertising technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and overseeing audience engagement products.
  • In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising, data segments, and audience acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in user research, data interpretation, and product performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the capacity to effectively influence stakeholders across various departments.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for innovation and a commitment to advancing audience engagement technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence in an advertising framework.
  • Familiarity with OpenRTB standards and programmatic integrations.
  • Experience in developing and managing product roadmaps.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $105-140K base plus 20% bonus potential. We provide comprehensive health coverage, generous paid time off, and a celebrated workplace culture.

The salary range provided reflects AdTheorent's current evaluation for this position. The confirmed compensation will be based on experience, education, skills, and other relevant factors. This is subject to adjustment but will not fall below the stated minimum. We welcome all applicants, as evaluations will be conducted on an individual basis.
