Job Overview:

Bilfinger is seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to spearhead business development initiatives in the Northern California region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities in multi-craft construction, mechanical and fabric maintenance, and NDT/inspection services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business potential and opportunities for expansion
  • Develop and implement client-specific event planning and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead sales force functions and produce sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Create compelling presentations and marketing materials to showcase our services and value proposition to target customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue cross-business unit opportunities and synergies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in fabric maintenance, mechanical maintenance, and construction services, with a proven track record of business growth and development
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to negotiate with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex business concepts and strategies

Compensation: $175K - $220K, plus variable compensation plan based on individual and team performance
