Customer Service Representative

About the RoleThis is a full-time hourly phone position that offers a unique blend of remote and on-site work. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You'll work closely with a cohort of associates to develop your skills and knowledge, and have the opportunity to acquire industry-recognized certifications.
What You'll Do- Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling you to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

This role requires a commitment to working a standard 8-hour shift, with flexibility to work overtime as needed. Training hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm EST, and post-training shifts will be scheduled during the hours of 8:30am - Midnight EST.
