Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement meeting budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with program staff to review meeting requirements, budget, and agenda.
  • Communicate planning deadlines and meeting specifications to staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Verify, reconcile, and process hotel and vendor invoices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in convention planning, administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of meeting planning technology and software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel overnight approximately 20-30% of the time.
