This role is pivotal, collaborating with key internal partners as a strategic advisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee secondary data analytics and reporting to evaluate business performance, conduct competitive assessments, analyze digital promotions, and optimize resource allocation, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Direct omnichannel reporting and analytics initiatives.
  • Employ advanced analytical methods, including predictive analytics and machine learning, to derive actionable insights.
  • Utilize analytical techniques on pharmaceutical data sources to fulfill business requirements.
  • Convert complex data and analytics into meaningful business insights and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify market segments and target customer demographics for marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT to develop business intelligence solutions.
  • Partner with IT, Data Operations, and Market Access teams to monitor trends and data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources (SP, SD, claims, Xponent) and practical experience in analyzing extensive pharmaceutical datasets.
  • Experience in omnichannel analytics is essential.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics techniques, such as marketing mix modeling and influencer analysis.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Vendor management experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to create insightful dashboards.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are necessary.
  • A business ownership mindset with a solution-oriented approach is crucial.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL is required.
