Xano is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the product story and help product owners, developers, and businesses understand the value of Xano's products. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering the right content at each stage of the customer's adoption journey, equipping sales with compelling stories and talking points, and evolving the product brand through launches.
Key Responsibilities- Develop an intimate knowledge of Xano's customers and craft the best positioning for the company's products.
- Create a content strategy across the customer journey, identifying where content is needed to help customers move faster and produce that content.
- Help define the product launch strategy, working with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop a strategy, align the company on a plan, and manage the entire effort.
- Work with sales and partner stakeholders to develop and execute an enablement plan, building pitch decks, product training, and customer-facing content.
- Collaborate on go-to-market across product, sales, and marketing, tracking success against shared goals, reporting on progress and learnings, and constantly looking for creative ways to improve.
- In the first month, you will learn about the business, the No-Code ecosystem, and Xano's role in it, develop an understanding of the current positioning, and join conversations with customers and partners to hear about their teams and use-cases on Xano.
- In the third month, you will identify and understand the key metrics that influence the GTM strategy, work with the marketing team to understand what positioning is driving the most value, and prioritize areas that need to be improved.
- 4-7 years of experience running product marketing at a company selling a technical tool, with a passion for understanding how and why customers use a product.
- Experience in writing and creating compelling content that breaks through the noise and simplifies technical complexity.
- A natural storyteller with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts in easily understood language.
- Aptitude for learning and prior experience or aptitude for learning programming concepts and a technical product.
- Detail and results-oriented, with a customer-first mentality and a solid understanding of how to empathize with the customer, understand their pain, and sell them Xano as a solution.
- Enthusiastic and team-oriented, with a can-do attitude and the ability to work collaboratively to come up with thoughtful solutions.
- Basic knowledge of the No-Code industry is a plus.
