Regional Sales Director

This position is responsible for leading sales and service teams to meet or exceed new sales objectives and persistency goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in group insurance sales and customer relationship development.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage sales teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Implement customer strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key brokers and customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 6 years of experience in group insurance sales with a proven track record of success
- Current sales license in the state of operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and brokers
- Knowledge of marketing principles and group insurance sales strategy
This is a flex role with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
