Job Description

This role is a key position within Select Water Solutions, responsible for developing a national strategy and leading the tactical execution of the business unit operationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a national strategy for the water midstream market.
  • Lead a team of professionals to define and execute key strategic, financial, and tactical priorities.
  • Review and update best management practices for pipeline operations and provide guidance on how to optimize the asset base.
  • Ensure logistical pipeline flows assist in water balancing across the overall system.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of related experience and/or training.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility to drive a company vehicle.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Skilled in the standards, concepts, practices, and procedures within the regulatory field.
