We have partnered with a leading Oilfield Equipment manufacturer on a Vice President Operations role in a dynamic and results-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the operations team, overseeing technical processes, logistics, maintenance handling, inventory management, and tracking rental assets.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  • Report directly to the President regarding all jobs and equipment handling.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of management experience leading an operations team or shop floor.
  • Experience in Oilfield Equipment, including Pumps, Wellhead, Drilling, Rigging equipment, BOPs, Valves, etc.
  • Proven leadership in a results-driven operational environment, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • High initiative, adaptability, and a proactive management style.
  • Exposure to tracking rental assets, inventory management, operational strategy, hiring/training, and leading a team, with a focus on cost reduction.

Salary: $175,000 - $220,000 Basic Salary + Bonus + Package
