TIELLO se ha asociado con un Contratista General de alto rendimiento en la búsqueda de un Especialista de Campo con experiencia directa en Construcción Civil Pesada, Ferrocarriles, Metro y Construcción Horizontal.

Título del Trabajo: Especialista de Campo (Construcción Civil Pesada / Ferrocarriles / Metro) (3+ años de experiencia)

Tipos de Proyectos: Construcción Civil Pesada, Ferrocarriles, Transporte, Estaciones de Tren, Autopistas, Túneles

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia supervisando subcontratistas y un enfoque en la supervisión de campo.
  • Experiencia directa en Control de Calidad y asistencia al Gerente de Control de Calidad.
  • Capacidad comprobada para manejar todas las responsabilidades de un especialista de campo.
  • Este rol se involucrará en todos los proyectos, incluyendo la revisión y producción de documentos de diseño y construcción, implementación de QA/QC durante la construcción a través de la revisión de presentaciones, RFIs y revisión/inspección/pruebas del trabajo en curso en el campo.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con miembros del equipo internos y externos, incluidos consultores, profesionales de A/E, propietarios y socios comerciales, mientras se esfuerza continuamente por elevar el proceso de construcción creando experiencias notables para todos los involucrados.

Habilidades y Cualificaciones:

  • Más de 3 años de experiencia como Especialista de Campo para un Contratista General de renombre.
  • Título en Ingeniería Civil/Estructural/Arquitectónica o credenciales reconocidas en la industria.
  • Más de 2 años de experiencia en proyectos de Construcción Civil Pesada, Transporte, Autopistas, Túneles, Estaciones de Tren.
  • Pasión por la Industria de la Construcción y motivación para avanzar en el campo hacia Gerente de Control de Calidad y/o Superintendente.
