  • Examine project drawings, specifications, and subcontractor submissions
  • Lead pre-construction meetings and subcontractor discussions
  • Ensure superior work quality and establish quality benchmarks
  • Efficiently manage procurement of materials and tools
  • Prepare various documentation including time sheets, work orders, and daily logs
  • Promptly complete punch lists and manage final project closure
  • Engage in manual tasks only when absolutely necessary
  • Travel as required
  • Oversee multiple projects across various locations
  • Perform any additional assigned tasks

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in field construction
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of diverse construction trades and processes
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations
  • Skilled in job scheduling, planning, and cost management
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
