  • Review project plans, specifications, and subcontractor submissions
  • Facilitate pre-job meetings and subcontractor discussions
  • Ensure superior work quality and establish quality benchmarks
  • Efficiently manage procurement of materials and tools
  • Prepare a variety of reports, including time sheets, work orders, and daily logs
  • Complete punch lists in a timely manner and manage final project close-out
  • Engage in manual tasks only when absolutely necessary
  • Travel as required
  • Supervise multiple projects across various locations
  • Perform any other assigned responsibilities

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction field
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of diverse construction trades and processes
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations
  • Expertise in job scheduling, planning, and cost management
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
