Job Summary:

Hanson Bridgett LLP is seeking a highly skilled Construction Transactional Specialist to join our Chambers USA Band 1 ranked construction team. As a key member of our transactional practice, you will support our clients in complex construction transactions, working closely with owners, designers, contractors, and project teams on both public and private work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our construction team in drafting and negotiating complex construction transactions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions
  • Work closely with our land-use, environmental, real estate, and public agency attorneys to provide comprehensive support to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in construction law

Requirements:
