About the Role:

The Restaurant Onboarding and Implementation team at Grubhub is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Onboarding Specialist. This is an entry-level role that reports directly to a Team Lead, who will have a team of 5-7 Implementation Specialists.

The Impact You Will Make:

  • Manage and oversee the post-sale workflow once the contract is signed, ensuring seamless onboarding of new accounts.
  • Collaborate with restaurant owners to set up accounts for long-term success, including scheduling photoshoots, confirming operating hours, and collecting additional information required.
  • Provide restaurant owners with insights into the value of getting onto the platform as quickly as possible, aligning with our goals and training them on platform capabilities and how to use our products and services.
  • Contact restaurant owners daily to facilitate the onboarding of new accounts and troubleshoot issues by email or phone.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to manage client relationships during the onboarding experience.
