**Job Summary:**

InsurSolv, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Field Inspector/Loss Control/Independent Contractor to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of commercial properties to identify potential risks and hazards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of commercial properties to identify potential risks and hazards.
  • Document findings and provide detailed reports to our clients.
  • Use your analytical skills to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Set your own schedule and work at your own pace to accommodate the needs of our clients.

**Requirements:**

  • Be an energetic and motivated individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be self-disciplined and organized with the ability to manage an aggressive workload.
  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Be able to work with a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Windows, Google Chrome, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • VIITA Certification
  • Previous experience in construction, plumbing, electrical, life safety, fire fighting, general contracting, or property management
