About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Site Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, including supervising staff, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience as a construction superintendent for a multifamily general contractor.
  • Certifications: OSHA certification (preferred).
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
