Your Qualifications:

  • EDUCATED: A high school diploma or equivalent is essential; familiarity with NFPA standards and local building and fire regulations is advantageous.
  • PROFICIENT: Previous experience in fire alarm inspections is beneficial.
  • SELF-MOTIVATED: Quick to learn and resourceful in achieving success in your responsibilities.
  • CRITICAL THINKER: Capable of interpreting technical documentation, analyzing situations, and solving problems effectively.
  • ADAPTABLE: Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; regular travel to various client locations is required.

Your Responsibilities:

  • CUSTOMER FOCUS: Deliver reliable and high-quality customer support through on-site inspections and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
  • REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: Ensure that all inspections adhere to local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
  • INSPECTION: Conduct thorough inspections of fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA standards and relevant authorities.
  • DOCUMENTATION: Identify and accurately record any deficiencies discovered during inspections.
  • COMMUNICATION: Provide clear and timely updates to clients and keep supervisors informed about work order statuses.
  • RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: Foster positive interactions with both field and office personnel.
  • PHYSICAL TASKS: Capable of lifting, bending, carrying materials, and loading/unloading vehicles as necessary.
