Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Relations Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive homebuying experience for our customers, from pre-closing orientation to the completion of their home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all customer service and warranty issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Work closely with our homebuyers to understand their needs and concerns, and provide personalized support and guidance.
- Collaborate with our trades and division staffing to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Remain in compliance with company policies and procedures, and ensure that all customer interactions are professional and courteous.
- Authorizes payment for work performed within approval limits, and determines trade accountability for back charges and POs.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on escalated issues, and support Century's Construction Standards.
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to stay calm under stressful circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, trades, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in the construction or homebuilding industry, or a related field, is strongly preferred.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- At least two years in a customer service role, strongly preferred.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000, plus an annual bonus, commission, sales bonus, occasional incentive, or quarterly bonus, whichever is applicable.
